Jr. Hack and FungoMan
Jr. Hack machines run 35 to 75 mph in the standard cages. FungoMan feeds baseballs and softballs in the premium cages, and credit packs are bought online instead of at the front desk.
HitTrax and Rapsodo
The premium cages capture every swing. The pitching lab reads every pitch. All of it lands on the athlete record, so a hitter can pull up what he did six months ago instead of guessing.
The recovery room
Two massage chairs, an oxygen bar, red light, compression, and a private treatment room with e-stim and localized cold. Use it after a cage session or book it on its own.

Free Saturday Camp
Ages 8 to 17
The Yard's free introductory camp gives athletes the opportunity to experience our hitting and pitching instruction while learning how our development system works. During the camp, our instructors will evaluate each athlete, introduce key fundamentals, and demonstrate our Progression Tool. This tool helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, tracks development over time, and gives athletes and parents a clear training plan for continued growth. The camp is completely free and is a great first step for athletes who want to learn more about training at The Yard.

Cody Gabriel is a professional pitching and performance instructor specializing in pitching development, ArmCare, mobility, strength and conditioning, velocity development and athlete recovery. He attended Cuyahoga Community College before earning his degree in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine from the University of Rio Grande. Using Rapsodo Pitching, Cody establishes each athlete's baseline, identifies areas for improvement and builds an individualized development plan, with performance measured and tracked over time so athletes and families can see their progress in velocity, movement, mechanics and overall pitching development.
